In Case of Emergency
- In the case of an emergency, the telephone in the pump room can be used to contact emergency services.
- Dial 9999 (4 x 9) to talk to the emergency operator.

Please make sure you are familiar with the following documents:
Session registrations
Add the domain swimscheme.org.uk and/or the email addresses admin@swimscheme.org.uk and info@swimscheme.org.uk to your email whitelist (safe senders, contacts, etc) and remember to check your spam/junk folders for missing messages.
- The URL for session registration is https://www.swimscheme.org.uk/booking/
- Session registration opens 1 week before the day of the session.
Before you can access session registrations, you must set a password. To do so,
- Open this page in a web browser,
- Enter the email address you used for the scheme registration,
- Click 'Get new password'.
An email from admin@swimscheme.org.uk will be sent to your registered email address containing your username and a link to reset your password.
- Click the link in the message and set your password.

WhatsApp Group
A WhatsApp group will be created as usual. A QR code you can use to join the group will be made available under the FAQ section, which is accessible once you have signed in to the registrations/bookings site
